Kim Jones

About

Kim is a passionate, proven people leader with over 20 years of experience
leading diverse learning and leadership development teams for large organizations. She is
an expert leader, coach, mentor and professional learning partner who gets excited about
bridging the gaps in frontline employee programs to drive business outcomes. Kim is
currently leading the execution of leadership and culture strategy for a technology start-up
company. Prior to her role as a learning and leadership consultant, Kim most recently held
the position as senior director of learning and development for Hunter Douglas. She also
spent 18 years with ADT, her most recent position as the head of learning and
development, where she created and stood up the Learning Function - Center of
Excellence.
